As part of participating in cricket activities at the Shepparton Youth Club United Cricket Club, I acknowledge, agree and confirm that there are inherent risks associated with these activities which may result in personal injury. I fully accept and agree to bear those risks and understand that the Shepparton Youth Club United Cricket Club is not responsible for any cost, charge or expense in relation to any injury sustained by the player(s) I am including in this registration.
